With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Leanne Chenevert of Worcester, Massachusetts, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 25, 2025 at the age of 50. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Leanne Chenevert to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her sister Kelli Chenevert Palumbo. She is survived by: her parents, Clarence "Butch" Chenevert and Linda Chenevert (Laperle) of Worcester; her sister Kimberly Ohman (Paul) of Auburn; her nieces, Brianna Ohman (Joey Nelson), Kennadi Hiscock (Mark) and Adaline Ohman; her great-nephew Charlie Nelson; her great-niece Sawyer Hiscock; and her close friend Daisy.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:15 AM at the Mercadante Funeral Home & Chapel (370 Plantation St, Worcester, MA 01605). A Mass will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Our Lady of Loreto Church (33 Massasoit Rd, Worcester, MA 01604).
In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to St Francis Adult Day Health Program Activity Fund.
