Sullivan (Cote) of Shrewsbury, MA; his nephews, Henry A. Sullivan (Cheryl) of Northville, MI and James L. Sullivan of Beverly Hills, CA; and his niece Anne E. Dunphy (John Dunphy) of Shrewsbury, MA. He is also survived by two grand-nephews and three great-grand nieces.
