He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis J. and Margaret O'Leary (Leonard); and his siblings, Patricia Taylor, Maureen Boyle and Francis O'Leary.
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Terrio (Terrio); his children, Meggan E. O'Leary of Charlestown, Michael L. (Stephanie) of Sandy Hook, CT and Kevin P. (Mary) of Sutton; his grandchildren, Addison, John and Grace; and his nephews, Michael, Kevin, Brian and Timothy Boyle. He is also survived by many brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.
