She was predeceased by: her husband Dr. Jacob Belofsky; and her son William Belofsky. She is survived by: her children, Bayla (Herbert Lovens) of Port Washington, NY, Chatham, Joanie (Jeffrey Spalter) of Longboat Key, FL and Richard Belofsky (Mary Beth Giffune) of Arlington; her grandchildren, Jessica Cohen (Lovens), Jonah Lovens, Haley Gill (Belofsky), Olivia Dailey (Belofsky), Rachel Belofsky, Benjamin Spalter and Daniel Spalter; and her great grandchildren, Emma, Zachary Cohen, Noa, Jack Lovens, Liam, Margot Gill, Elise Dailey and Maxwell Spalter.
