Lemire; her parents, Carlos M. Ortiz and Jean Ortiz (Burbo) of Worcester, MA; and her brothers, Carlos M. Ortiz (Cathy) of Leicester, MA, Mark E. Ortiz (Stacie) of Leicester, MA and Eric A. Ortiz (Samantha) of Leicester, MA. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends.
