She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Paul Demis; her children, Chris Demis (Susanne) of Watertown and Catherine "Tina" Gill of Wilmington, NC; her grandchildren, Byrd, Christian Demis, Matthew and Harrison Gill; her brothers, Thomas and Theodore Bitzas; and her parents, George Bitzas and Penelope Bitzas (Mastakas). She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
