We are sad to announce that, on June 12, 2023, at the age of 95, Mabel (Hoopii) Wood of Worcester, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Hoopii and Phoebe Hoopii (Apuna); and her children, Eddie Mara-Wood and Lena McIntosh. She is survived by: her children, Melissa Bitar (Raymond) of Worcester, Arlene Wood of Holden, Patricia Wood of Fayetteville, NC, Helena Keenan of Franklin, Cheryl Hanna (Fouad) of Little Ferry, NJ, Gail Goodell of Worcester, Donna Trost (Scott) of Downers Grove, Jeffery Wood (Helen), Roger Wood of West Brookfield and Gary Wood of Spanaway Washington. She is also survived by 32 Grandchildren; several great and Great Great Grandchildren; Many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorial remembrances in her name can be made to the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, 450 Brookline Ave, Boston Ma.
