Burks of Worcester, MA; her great grandchildren, Nyemah L. Ayala, Da'Miah Hollins and Serenity Mae Burks; her sisters, Roberta Cubbage McCray and Agnes Smith of Utica, NY; and her siblings-in-law, Evon, Teresa Burks of Fredrick, MD, Eral, Diane Burks of Cleveland, OH, Iona Jenkins of Somerset, NJ, Earledean Burks of Jordanville, NY, Maureen Coles of Jordanville, NY, Mary Hales of Buffalo, NY, Lisa Barrows of Port Colborne, Ontario, Patricia Burks of Rochester, NY, Blandine Burks of Rochester, NY, Philmaine Burks of Alvarado, TX and Donna Burks of Ilion, NY. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Callahan, Fay & Caswell Life Celebration Home (61 Myrtle St, Worcester, MA 01608). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Luke's Episcopal Church (921 Pleasant St, Worcester, MA 01602).
