“I am a neighbor of Marc. He and my dog, Phinneas developed a friendship. Marc would watch for us and come out into the hallway to say Hi when we were coming in from a walk. Phinneas would then run up to the first stairs landing and stick his head through the landing and give Marc kisses. Now he looks at Marc's door wondering where he is. We will miss him and send condolences to the family.”
