She was predeceased by: her husband Bernard "Benny" Lempicki; her siblings, Eileen Davis and Clinton Cook; and her parents, Roy Cook and Doris Cook (Berglund).
She is survived by: her son Bernard A. "Bernie" Lempicki (Gail) of Leicester; her grandchildren, Keith Lempicki (Michelle) of Auburn, Tracy Bombard (Glen) of Spencer and Jill Egan (Joshua) of Auburn; her great grandchildren, Cam Egan, Addi Egan, Sarah Lempicki and Ryan Lempicki; and her daughter-in-law Karen. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the JHC Assisted Living Corporation.
