He was predeceased by: his parents, George H. Macha and Lucille Prescott (Macha); and his brother George Richard Macha. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Sievers; his daughters, Tammy Frates (Brian) and Kimberly Golinski (Brian Allenberg); his granddaughter Mikhaila Golinski; and his siblings, Janet Long (Robert), Roland Macha (Ellen) and Marion Sheehan (Mike). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and countless friends.
