She was predeceased by: her husband Andrew; her daughter Mary Ann; her sister Patti Cole; and her parents, Harry A. Cole and Anna Catherine Cole (Darby).
She is survived by: her children, Richard Perejda (Ginny), Drew Perejda (Julie), David Perejda (Jody), Christopher Perejda (Cat) of Holliston and Catherine Moran of Hudson; her grandchildren, Julia Perejda, Eric Perejda (Erin), Christopher Perejda (Hollie), Kelley Rufkahr (Jarod), Grace Ann Perejda, Sean Perejda, Jake Perejda, Matthew Perejda, Katelyn, Margaret Moran, Alexandra Perejda, Kelci Perejda, Darcee and Kael Perejda; her great grandchildren, Evelyn, Elyse Perejda, Warner, Conrad Perejda, Wyatt, Emmett and Barrett Rufkhar; and her brothers, Charles (Spike), Jim, Harry of Ontario and Mike Cole of Vancouver. She is also survived by 8 nieces and nephews.
