Mary L. Liljegren Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary L. Liljegren of Worcester, Massachusetts, born in Joliet, Illinois, who passed away on April 16, 2022 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her brother William J. Larson; and her son Robert Scott. She is survived by: her husband Reverend Robert Liljegren (Bob); her children, Joy Hennig (Gloria Beaudry) of Worcester, Joanne Csaplar of Groton and Steven; and her grandchildren, Kristina Hepburn (Scott), Richard Csaplar (Dee), Scott Csaplar, Amelia Hall (Karl), Joseph (Paige LaBreche), Peter (Isa Gama) and Annika Liljegren. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Upon graduation, she worked as a greeting card designer for the United Printers and Publishers Company in Illinois, and in later years was employed by the Illinois Division of the American Cancer Society.
