It is with great sadness that we announce the death of MaryAnn F. (Roland) Dowd (Worcester, Massachusetts), who passed away on April 7, 2026, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis J. (Frank) and Sophie (Sue); her husband John F. Dowd, Sr. of Paul's Cathedral; her granddaughter Siobhan Dowd; and her brother James F. Roland.
She is survived by: her sons, John F. Dowd, Jr. (Christine), Thomas W. Dowd (Heather), Kevin M. Dowd, Michael P. Dowd (Mary), Daniel P. Dowd, Paul B. Dowd (Christine), Eric S. Dowd (Karlee) and William D. Dowd; her grandchildren, Laura Dowd, Shannon Dowd, Kelsey Dowd, Hannah Myers, Luke Dowd, Gabriel Dowd, Paul Dowd, Jr., Matthew Dowd, Zachary Dowd, Tenleigh Dowd, Gianna Dowd and Sophia Dowd; and her siblings, Paul E. Roland and Susan T. Eramo. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and countless dear friends.
