He is survived by: his wife Michelle; his children, Kayla and Ryan; his sister Kristen Mazeika; his siblings-in-law, Tracy Gleason, Kevin Gleason and Craig Berthiaume (Amy); his parents-in-law, Irene Berthiaume and Bill Berthiaume; and his niece Elizabeth Lauder. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and good friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Callahan, Fay & Caswell Life Celebration Home (61 Myrtle St, Worcester, MA 01608). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
