We are sad to announce that on May 26, 2025, Matthew Flood of Worcester, Massachusetts, born in Merrick, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Matthew shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Matthew farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He is survived by: his wife Teresa Flood (Thomas); his son Sean Flood; and his siblings, Evelyn, William Flood (Carol) of Holbrook, NY, Daniel Flood (Bet) of Mahwah, NJ and Kevin Flood (Lori) of New City, NY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and friends.
A burial will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Dirsa-Morin Funeral Home (298 Grafton St, Worcester, MA 01604).
