He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Hibbard Magee and Norma Estelle Humphrey. He is survived by: his children, Jessica Lynn Small (Bryan) of Mendon, Melissa Renee Magee-Ribiero (Flavio) of Sarasota, FL and James Derek Locklear (Lisa) of Ft. Worth, TX; his sister Lee Ann Hebert of New Port Richey, FL; and his grandchildren, Chloe Jane Small, Sadie Kate Small, Ashley Giavanna Magee-Riberio, Lucas Magee-Riberio, Bianca Lychelle Locklear, Gaberiel Izayah Locklear and Amelya Sophia Locklear.
