He was predeceased by: his wife Marie L. Hilow (Massery); his siblings, Virginia Rahaim, Joseph, George and Samuel Hilow; and his parents, Assad Hilow and Catherine Hilow (Aziz).
He is survived by: his children, Richard S. Hilow (Ginger) of Strafford, NH and Teresa M. McLaughlin (Brian) of Windham, NH; his grandchild Garren (Katie); his great grandchildren, Sawyer Mitchell and Parker William; and his grandchildren, Morgan, Erin and Sean.
