He is survived by: his wife Kanta Dei Bissessar (Rabilall); and his children, Drupatty Prashad (Hardatt), Tulsie B. Bissessar (Davika) of Bonaire, Lela Raghubeer (Krish) of New York and Manesh Bissessar of New York. He is also survived by grandchildren, many great-grandchildren, and countless nieces, nephews, relatives, and dear friends.
