She was predeceased by: her boyfriend Paul Boutillette; and her parents, Lloyd Conrad and Catherine Conrad (Ross). She is survived by: her daughters, Lynne Belazarian, Debra Ricciardi (Paul) and Brenda Banach; her grandchildren, Leah Bouchard (Joe), Adam Belazarian (Jennifer), Justin Ricciardi (Sarai), Nina Quirk (Michael), Ashley Ricciardi and Courtney Hackett; and her great grandchildren, Gregory, Nathan, Cole, Jude, Trey, Vivian, Karisma and Lucy. She is also survived by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
