He is survived by: his parents, Thomas L. Halley and Sarah Halley (Froehlich); and his grandparents, Laurence, Mary Halley (Plante) of Worcester, Paul and Lisa Froehlich (Morrison) of Woodstock, CT. He is also survived by Many other Aunts, Uncles, cousins.
