She was predeceased by: her husband Dick Hoffman; her daughter Nancy A Hoffman; her sisters, Phyllis Gagne and Marie Gordon; and her parents, Philip Cahill and Corinne Cahill (Shepard).
She is survived by: her children, Joanne N. Gilley of Agawam and Richard A. Hoffman, Jr. (Janet) of Marshfield; her grandchildren, Brian Gilley (Michelle) of Springfield, Timothy Hoffman (Darcy) of Los Angeles, CA, Stephen Hoffman (Danielle) of Marshfield and Traci Martin (Conor) of Feeding Hills; her great grandchildren, Rachael, Jacob, Hailey Hoffman, Ivy Martin and Mia Gilley; and her sister Laura Dutkiewicz of North Brookfield. She is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
