She is survived by: her children, Jessica (Jose Ramos) of Worcester, Jacqueline Rosario of Southbridge, Jazmin Garcia of Worcester, Angel Ortiz of Boston, Victor Ortiz of Connecticut and Ariel Ortiz of Connecticut; her siblings, Julito, Sandra and Daisy; her grandchildren, Angeli, Adriana, Daishaneice, Nia, Jalaniece, Jalissa and Angel Jr.; and her mother Ana Delia Ayala.
