She was predeceased by: her brother Norman; and her parents, Albert Toney and Naomi Toney (Hampton). She is survived by: her goddaughters, Crystal Jones-Davis of Syracuse, NY and Wendy Rodgers of Buffalo, NY; her half-brother Albert Toney; and her cousin Barbara Harris of Worcester.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 29th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mercadante Funeral Home & Chapel (370 Plantation St, Worcester, MA 01605). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Norma's memory to American Cancer Society.
