She was predeceased by: her parents, Irving R. Johnson and Eva E. Johnson (Benwood); and her brother Chris I. Johnson. She is survived by: her siblings, Charles R. Johnson of Millbury, Ben W. Johnson of Grafton and Lorna K. Chiasson of Grafton; her grandson Michael Kostrzeba; her close friends, Theresa Dudzinski, Pamela O'Connor and Sandra Grabowski; and her son Gary Kostrzeba. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and cousins.
