She was predeceased by: her parents, John F. O'Toole and Bridget L. O'Toole (Downey). She is survived by: her husband Paul Levasseur; her children, Paul Levasseur of Worcester, Donna Walsh of Oxford, Denise Perra (Gregory) of Clarksville, TN, Barbara Keeler (David) of Oxford, John Levasseur and Mary Levasseur; her siblings, Edward, John O'Toole and Jean Dell'Aquila; and her son-in-law William Walsh. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
