She was predeceased by: her parents, C. W. Field and Mary Miller Field; and her husband John T. Jacobson, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Velma O'Connell (Fran) of Leicester, Leanne Rossi (Richard), Jon D. Orsi, Glen A. Orsi, Neal, Channing, Cristy Fox (Mark F.), Jody Epstein (Tim Coghlin) and Andrew; her stepson J. T. Jacobson, Jr. (Reva); and her great grandchildren, Lillian Fox, Kyle Fox and Isabelle Epstein.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the Lakeview Congregational Church or one's favorite Christian charity.
