We are sad to announce that, on October 5, 2022, at the age of 76, Patrick C. Cusack of Worcester, Massachusetts, born in Limerick, Ireland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Sidney N. Cusack (Smith); and his sisters, Noreen Bell, Helen Cusack and Jean Enright. He is survived by: his daughters, Tara Monteiro (Tony) of Worcester and Jennifer Cusack of Auburn; his grandchildren, Tony Monteiro, Shayla Monteiro and Rileigh Cusack; his great grandchild Elias Muniz; and his sisters, Mary Costelloe of Ireland, Carmel Quinn of Ireland, Teresa Ibrahim of Ireland and Pauline Cusack of Ireland. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
