He was predeceased by: his mother Carol Hopper. He is survived by: his sister Kelly McCoy; his nephews, Brandon McCoy, Tre Spence, Andre Evans and Jennalyse McCoy; his caregiver Zokieyah Knuckles; his friend Sterling; Cecelia Stevens, Cornelius, Michael and Agnes.

Patrick will be greatly missed by many friends from HMEA Sterling and Seven Hills Foundation, along with the Liberian community.
