He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren W. Howe and Louise Howe (Ramsey) of Shrewsbury; and his brother Allen R. Howe. He is survived by: his daughter Tara Howe-Loricco (Rob); his grandson Nicholas of Wheelwright; his daughter Tanya Pierce (Myles); his grandchildren, Elijah, Corey, Finley and Aurora of Randolph, VT; his daughter Tasha Rondeau (Torry); his grandchildren, Gabriella, Lilah and Willow of Barre; and his nephew Dickie. He is also survived by extended family; and many friends.
