Sciascia (McAdam); his children, Michael Sciascia (Lisa) of Millbury, Philip Sciascia III (Kimberly) of Worcester and Gina Trafecante of Rutland; his siblings-in-law, John, Jim McAdam, Kathleen Patterson and Sharleen McAdam; his grandchildren, Anthony Trafecante IV (Kristen), Carissa Coakley (Timothy), Brianna Cerrone (Daniel), Marlena Minnicucci (Kyle), Nicholas Sciascia and Kailey Sciascia; and his great grandchildren, Scarlett, Violett, Juliett, Anthony, Nicolas, Leo and Isabella. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and many friends.
