He is survived by: his wife Carmen Padro Diaz; his children, Rafael Alejandro Diaz of Springfield, Maria Diaz Padro of Worcester and Monica Diaz of Worcester; his grandchildren, Ines Maria Matias, David Antonio Matias, Xavier Alexis Rivera and Ivan Manuel Rivera; and his siblings, Adalberto Diaz, Pedro Pablo Diaz, Alma Enid Diaz, Heriberto Diaz and Emil Jesus Diaz. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
