She was predeceased by: her parents, Juan Cruz and Hijinia Mata; and her siblings, Miguel Angel Carmona, Carlos Cruz, Juan Cruz and Generosa Santana.

She is survived by: her children, Mercedes Guzman (Domingo Fernandez) of Worcester, Jose Miguel Perez (Tonia) of Springfield, Carlos Perez (Aida) of Worcester, Maria Perez of Worcester, Ralph Perez (BettyAnn) of Southbridge, Edgar Perez (Lisa) of Tigard, OR., Nelly Perez of Worcester and David Perez (Nurys) of Worcester; and her sisters, Monserrate Cruz of Puerto Rico, Eulalia Cruz of Puerto Rico and Gloria Sanchez of Puerto Rico. She is also survived by 30 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
