Richard E. Katz Obituary
The memory of Richard E. Katz (Worcester, Massachusetts), who passed away on October 11, 2025 at the age of 79, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. In the vast expanse of eternity, Richard shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Richard farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Irving Katz and Esther Katz (Grossman); and his brother Stuart Katz. He is survived by: his wife Linda Katz (Sadowsky); his daughters, Sheri Ross (Martin Ross) of North Attleboro, MA and Michelle White (Arthur White); his grandchildren, Molly White, Ethan Ross and Jacob Ross; and his brother Sheldon Katz (Wendy).
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the B'Nai Brith Cemetery (55 St Johns Rd, Worcester, MA 01603).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Jewish Healthcare Center, 629 Salisbury Street, Worcester, MA 01609 and the Blood Cancer United-Northeast, PO Box 22470, New York, NY 10087-2470.
