He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard F. and Mary A. McCluskey (Bolton); his siblings, Bette Ann Gregoriou (Anthony), Bernard "Byron" McCluskey, Robert "Mac" McCluskey (Dolores), John "Kickie" McCluskey and Patricia "Patsy" Larson (Carl); and his brothers-in-law, Joseph Donovan and Richard Brooks.

He is survived by: his wife Phyllis A. McCluskey (Inangelo); his children, Tracy A. Murphy (Scott) of Paxton, Gina M. McCluskey of Shrewsbury and Kerry A. Luby (Michael) of Millbury; his grandchildren, Devin, Connor, Olivia, Hunter, Emma, Claire and Jayden; his sisters-in-law, Rose McCluskey, Margaret McCluskey, Antoinette Brooks and MaryAnn Donovan; Dior. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and close friends.
