He was predeceased by: his parents, James F. Daley and Mary L. Leahey. He is survived by: his wife Jean Estes Daley; his children, Jennifer D. Silverberg (Mark D. Silverberg) and Joseph P. Daley; his brothers, Gerald Daley (Barbara), Paul Daley (Joanne) and James Daley (Michele); his sister-in-law Beverly Maloney; and his grandchildren, Ryan, Ella and Macy Silverberg. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
