He was predeceased by: his wife Sheila A. Frank (Collins); his son-in-law Stephen F. Jensen; and his parents, Jordan Frank and Freida Frank (Schumacher). He is survived by: his sons, Robert J. Frank, Jr. (Rebeccah), Steven K. Frank (Nicole) and Justin A. Frank. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; four great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
