He was predeceased by: his wife Helen Zachariewicz (Ozack); his parents, Bronislaw Zachariewicz and Pauline Zachariewicz (Lapinsky); and his siblings, Dorothy Dahrooge (Zachariewicz) and Richard Zachariewicz.
He is survived by: his children, Robert Zachariewicz Jr. (Robin) of Loris, S. C, Deborah Zachariewicz of Webster, MA, John Zachariewicz (Shelly) of West Brookfield, MA and Kenny Zachariewicz (Rachel) of Leicester, MA; his grandchildren, Justin, Kelle, Stephen, Jason and Travis; his great grandchildren, Daxton and Avery; and his sisters, Pollyann Fleury (Donald) of Worcester, MA and Teresa Hakenson.
