He was predeceased by: his father William M. Haddad. He is survived by: his sons, Dr. Jeffery M. Haddad (Laura Claxton) of West Lafayette and Michael J. Haddad (Lisa) of Shrewsbury; his granddaughter Cienna Haddad; his mother Adele M Haddad (Rezuke); and his siblings, Elaine Foley (Brian) of Worcester, Patricia Haddad (Kevin Bradley) of Auburn, Nicholas Haddad (Joanne) of Shrewsbury, William Haddad (Maria) of Oxford and Stephen Haddad (Maureen) of Los Angeles. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
