She was predeceased by: her parents, George Fedyk and Julia Kirszak; her husband Edward Joseph Borek; her son Edward Richard Borek; and her brothers, Joseph Fedyk, Stephen Fedyk and Michael Fedyk.

She is survived by: her daughter Lillian Borek; and her son-in-law Mark Simon of Williston. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
