He was predeceased by: his father Daniel Ramos. He is survived by: his son Ruben Ramos Jr. of Worcester; his mother Minarcin Vega of Worcester; his siblings, Raul Ramos of Worcester and Zendy Ramos; his sister-in-law Shakennia Swain of New York; his siblings, Danny Ramos and Yahaira Ramos; his sister-in-law Yamelet Mojica of Worcester; his siblings' children, Zharia Lugo and Jaden Lugo of New York; his grandchild Selene Ezra Ramos of Worcester; and his close friend Ferdinand "Chamo" Rodriguez. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
