She was predeceased by: her father David Mercak. She is survived by: her mother Laurie (Quinn); her stepmother Sasha; her brothers, Braden of Worcester, Lincoln of Worcester and Jameson Mercak of Worcester; her grandparents, John Mercak of Leominster and Janet Mercak of North Brookfield; her uncle Michael Quinn (Doug Mercak) of Worcester; and her close friends, Ginny and Kristine. She is also survived by extended family and many friends.
