She was predeceased by: her parents, Eduardo Cuevas and Carmen Alonzo; and her siblings, Samuel, Daniel Cuevas and Cruz Margarita.
She is survived by: her children, Rafael Hernandez (Omayra) of Worcester, Jose Harnandez (Dora) of Florida and Wanda Hernandez of Worcester; and her siblings, Eduardo, Felipe Cuevas of Arecibo, Puerto Rico, Maria Schnaer, Carmen Guzman, Rosa Cuevas, Miriam Pagano, Ines Cuevas, Elizabeth Rivera and Olga Cuevas. She is also survived by four grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, relatives, and dear friends.
