Scott A. Whitney Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Scott A. Whitney of Worcester, Massachusetts, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 18, 2025 at the age of 59. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Scott A. Whitney to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his sister Kimberly Crue; his father-in-law Douglas Hill; and his parents, Ronald Whitney and Anna Whitney (Paquette). He is survived by: his children, Andrew S. Whitney and Rose Reynolds; his siblings, Louis Whitney (Michael Donovan), Michael Whitney (Kimberly) and Sherry Whitney; his mother-in-law Theresa Hill; and his siblings-in-law, Jason Crue, Pat Hill and Paula McGarrell (late Stephen McGarrell). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and many great nieces and great nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 27th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Mercadante Funeral Home & Chapel (370 Plantation St, Worcester, MA 01605). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
