She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Samuel and Lillian Kaplan (Hymanson); her siblings, Seymour (Sy), Rachel (Rae), Irwin and Jerome (Jerry); her former husband Dr. Benjamin Cherkas; her children, Elise (Leigh) and Philip (Pam Cherkas); her husband Irving Snider; her daughter Selma; her granddaughter Kayla Rae; her caregiver Pam; her son Isaiah; her friend Robin Blyden; her children, Leigh Cherkas of Longmeadow and Linda Cherkas (Chaim Dworkin); and her grandchildren, Binyamin Moshe (Rachel), Bension Dworkin (Gwen Gordon), Elisheva (David Kadosh), Akiva (Tova Dworkin), Isaiah Cherkas (Holli Selman) and Korben Cherkas-Clark. She was also cherished by 15 great grandchildren.
