Heredia (Gustavo) of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, Susan J. Richard (Brian) of Uxbridge and Richard J. Ofcarcik (Kathryn) of Chester, NH; and her grandchildren, Benjamin, Logan, Zelda, Declan, Charlotte and Mathew Jr.. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
