She was predeceased by: her parents, Hampton Perkins and Sally Grigaliunas; her grandmother Jane Ritter; her uncle Jack Ritter; her aunt Janis Novotny; and her pet Muffin.
She is survived by: her children, Jason Paul Perkins of Worcester and Ashley Lyn Perkins-Crane (Johnathan) of Houston; her granddaughter Bailee Crane; and her brother Hampton Perkins Jr. (Pamela).
