It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley E. Fay (Worcester, Massachusetts), born in Auburn, Massachusetts, who passed away on August 17, 2022, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence J. Penney and Ethel Penney (Peterson); her former husband Russell Borgerson; her husband Paul Fay; and her siblings, Lawrence C. Penney, Norman J. Penney, Robert N. Penney and Ruth Ann Penney.
She is survived by: her sons, Steven Borgerson of Leicester and Douglas Borgerson of Spencer; her grandchildren, Eric Borgerson of Vale, CO, Terri Trovato of Charlton and Lany Borgerson of Worcester; and her great grandchildren, Kayla Hamilton, Kameron Murphy, Anthony Trovato, Nils Borgerson and Svea Borgerson.
