He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley W. Ushinski and Yvonne Ushinski (Fontaine) of Worcester, MA.; and his sister Carol Smith. He is survived by: his children, Elizabeth Ushinski (James Barnett) of Auburn, MA, Daniel Ushinski of Worcester, MA and Michael Ushinski of Brooklyn, NY.; his grandson Kyle Ushinski; his siblings, Patricia Ramstrom, Jeanne Desrosiers and Thomas Ushinski; Ann Marie Beauregard. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
