He was predeceased by: his wife Joyce A. Kozlowski (Clarkson); his sister Darlene Angelini; his grandson Sean Kozlowski; and his parents, Stanley S. Kozlowski, Sr. and Concorde Kozlowski (Saucier).
He is survived by: his children, Ann F. Coolidge of Bourne, Karen A. White of Boylston, Dina C. Zannotti of Worcester and Thomas Kozlowski of Rochester; his sister Carole; and his brothers-in-law, Eddie Ryan, Mexico and Las Vegas. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and 5 nieces and 3 nephews.
